*Affordable Single Bedroom * Friendly House *

Hello,

We are looking for 1 person to rent the small room of our house.

single/small room £422.5 pm + Bills £130 (higher winter amount) = 552.5pm

The small room comes with:-
-divan Single bed/mattress (if required) and two shelves
-additional storage/built in wardrobe in loft
-priority access to the house living room if more space needed for tv/sofa etc.

The room can fit a double bed and a desk easy enough if you don't mind a compromise - however the room comes with a single bed if you would rather to space.

Due to its size the rent is discounted by £50 compared to the other rooms. Currently the rent is 472.50, but this room will cost £422.50

*bear in mind, the rent amount is subject to change eventually*

The bills during summer are approximately £115 pm (this includes water/ctax/elec/gas/wifi. In in the winter this can increase to approx £130.

There are currently 4 residents:-
chris (myself)
Dannien
delphi & leila (my cats)

Of course, we are looking for someone who is happy to live with cats. They are both female, sisters. Very friendly and affectionate. The cats are actually on the tenancy and my deposit is greater to afford any damages caused by them. Although we have undoubtedly caused more damage than them since living here
