We have three double rooms available on a Short term, flexible, weekly let. This lovely shared house is located in Southmead within walking distance to Southmead Hospital. £220/£213/£192 per week inclusive of bills.

• This house has two bathrooms with showers, toilet and sink, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor.
• Large garden area which is a sun trap in the summer months.
• Bedding and essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, laundry powder, toilet roll, are all supplied by us, free of charge throughout your stay.
• Friendly and welcoming house manager takes care of the house keeping it clean and tidy on a daily basis.
• Homely environment. All sharers are working professionals over the age of 21.

• This house is located near Southmead hospital, airbus, and the shops and cafes on Gloucester road.
• Walking distance to a local supermarket.
• Minimum 1 week booking, but stay as long as you like.
• £60 non refundable reservation fee to secure your booking. Remaining amount is taken on from your card on arrival. No deposit or fees. Price shown is for a 4 week booking. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge). Prices are inclusive of all bills.
