We have a Lovely large double room available in a great location just off of Gloucester Road. Its within walking distance to shops, café’s, bars and restaurants as well as accessible bus routes into the city centre, Cribbs causeway, Southmead hospital and other locations. The room is £220 / week including all bills.

• This is a large double room, and is fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk space for anyone who may be working from home.
• Plenty of communal space including, a large living room with sofa, dining table and freeview tv.
• The shared kitchen space has plenty of cupboard space and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay to cook yourself a meal,
• This house has 3 shared bathrooms, meaning there is never too much pressure on the communal space.
• Huge garden space is perfect for relaxing in in the summer months.
• We supply bedding and the essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, laundry powder and toilet roll, all free of charge throughout your entire stay.
• Live in house manager keeps the houses clean and tidy on a daily basis.
• The current sharers are all lovely and friendly and would be very welcoming to any potential new sharers.
• Plenty of on street parking.

• Minimum 2 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
• £60 non refundable reservation fee to secure your booking. Remaining amount is taken on from your card on arrival. No deposit or fees. Price shown is for a 4 week booking. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge). Prices are inclusive of all bills.
