Bright room in recently refurbished detached family home in BS7 Filton Park. Close to Airbus/Rolls Royce/Southmead Hospital. All bills with fibre optic broadband included in the price, along with a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas. Would suit a sensible student or a professional who would like a relaxed family environment.

I’m Ali, a single mum of two children (age 8&10) who live with me 50% of the time. I have two non-shedding Borderdoodle dogs who also live here and so a dog lover is a must, as they’ll want to be your best friends. I’ve recently renovated my detached 1930s home and I have a double room available to rent. Everything is nice and new and it’s a lovely bright house with an absolutely huge garden so if you like gardening you’re welcome to have your own area in the garden to grow veg etc.

I work full time as a Design Director for a brand and packaging design agency. I work typical Mon-Fri hours and usually work from home Mondays & Fridays. On the days I don’t have my children I like to cook, socialise, Netflix, and I also enjoy heading out for a drink or to a gig etc. Happy to share my home with someone who is open to socialising or equally happy with someone who prefers to keep themselves to themselves. I have another lodger living here who is female, 23 and working Mon-Fri in a local school.

You’re welcome to come and view the room and meet me, my housemate, the dogs and my two children to see if you think you’d be a good fit. I’m also open to short term or Mon-Fri arrangements.

A female / female-identifying / AFAB housemate is preferred because I have young children, but I would consider male housemates with a recent DBS.
