Right behind The Aerospace roundabout, the house has great access for Aerospace companies, Southmead Hospital and the MOD. It is a really big house with a large garden, great for BBQ's.

There is a park at the back of the house accessed by the back gate.

There is unrestricted on-street parking. Secure bike shed.

The furnishing in the bedrooms and communal areas are carefully designed to make your life more comfortable, with quality mattresses and blackout blinds to make for a great night's sleep.

Many of us now work from home. We've made this easy for you, with a desk in every room. There is also a desk in the communal area if you'd like a change of scene!

The massive communal kitchen makes a great social space with an extendable dining table for fun evenings in.

In the lounge there is a large sofa and chairs, giving you plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa (or a glass of wine!) with housemates after work. The 55" Smart HD TV means film nights are always on the menu!

There are three shower rooms, so 1 bathroom per 2 housemates.

The house has Virgin 516Mb broadband so no problems with streaming.

Because we offer direct and on-going management, any problems can be resolved quickly.

We are very careful in selecting our tenants. We like our households to be friendly, easy-going, and harmonious!

This is not a party house; we're conscious that everyone feels under pressure at work occasionally, so it's essential that you can look forward to returning home to relax and wind down. Our role is to create an environment that makes this happen. Co-living is so much more than a furnished room.
