Filton double room

Looking for someone to rent my spare room.
You will just be sharing the house with me. Chilled guy

The room is a double bright and sunny from! mid morning until late evening .

Currently laid out in the last pic with the desk but you can have it what ever way you want.

Walking distance to aerospace/mod/ rolls Royce/Southmead hospital. Abbey Wood train station is less than ten mins walk. Loads o shops takeaways near.
The house also has a dining room, conservatory, good sized living room and garden. There’s plenty of street parking. And Netflix .

I work outside most of the time and don’t really feel the cold! So warning - I have windows and doors open all the time I’m inn and out of the garden. And heating not really on unless proper cold. Bear that in mind.

A bit about me - I am very sociable and out quite a lot. Love going to gigs, festivals etc. I play quite a bit of sport (softball and squash several times a week!) love to cook and garden, also chill on the sofa and watch Netflix!
Looking for someone who has a chat on an evening just social how’s your day kind of thing.
But of course I respect people’s privacy
This is not a party house!

I unfortunately dont want someone who does shift work. Or works full time from home.
. But a few days from home is fine.

If you work away a lot we could discuss a cheaper rate.
