• LOCATION: This house is within walking distance to Filton Avenue and Gloucester Road, where there are plenty of Cafes and shops. Great bus routes to Cribbs causeway and the city centre and within close proximity to Airbus, MOD, and UWE.

• PROPERTY: This is a 2 storey house, consisting of 4 bedrooms (three doubles and a single), a shared living/dining room, shared kitchen, one shared bathroom on the first floor (for three sharers), and a separate WC on the ground floor. There is also one ensuite bedroom.

• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer. Spacious living room with cable TV which opens up onto the lovely communal garden.

• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. Rooms located on the ground floor and First floor. There is one Ensuite room at this property. There are no TV's / aerials in rooms at this house. All rooms (except the single) have two twin beds pushed together to create a king size bed, which are joined with a topper for great comfort.

• PARKING INFO: There is a driveway space available for one car, first come first serve. There is also on street parking available on this street and surrounding streets, with no restrictions / charges.

• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a visiting House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included. Fast business internet throughout the house.

• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.

• BOOKING INFO: Flexible, weekly bookings, no long term contracts. Rooms are available to book for a minimum of 1 week, Sunday to Sunday, and you can stay as long as you like.

• PAYMENT INFO: NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Only a £60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is taken on arrival. Payment is required by Wednesday midday each week to secure your room for the following week.
