I’m looking to sublet my bedroom from August to the 29th of September.
The bedroom is on the bottom floor near the front door and kitchen with a small toilet next to it.
We have a small paved garden and a big shed at the rear of the property. The living room is on the second floor and it has two big french doors and 3 large sofas and one arm chair, making it a great place to relax or socialise.
The shower and bath is on the top (third) floor and is shared with two other housemates.
The existing housemates are very clean and work 9-5 jobs but enjoy lots of hobbies so they aren’t always about too often until the evening.
