Double Room in Filton

A double room available in my refurbished 3-Bed house. South-west facing window. Really quiet, not overlooked. Furniture seen in the bedroom is included.

Bedroom has a cupboard, draws, side cabinets and space under the bed. Can provide pillows and duvet if you want. Comes with two multi socket plug extensions, bedside and desk lamps.

Kitchen draws as shown plus a large cupboard. Induction cooker, can provide some utensils and things if required. Happy to share cleaning equipment and consumables (soap, sponges etc).

Utility room has a washer dryer, but there are washing lines available. Garden and patio with table and chairs to eat at just outside the kitchen.

Some DIY work still on going in parts of the house. Utility room and downstairs WC to be completed around mid Feb. Welcome to move in sooner.

A large kitchen area. Welcome to half the fridge and freezer. Three shelves and three draws.
Off street parking available. Big garden.
Some dry storage space available if necessary.

Close to Southmead Hospital, The Mall and city centre, Abbey Wood Train station and Bristol Parkway. Employers such as BAE / Airbus and Rolls Royce.

<5 minute walk to 75 bus stop which goes straight through and across Bristol every 20 minutes or so. Takes me around 30-45 minutes to get into town by bus in the rush hour.

I regularly work from home in the 3rd bedroom 3-4 days a week. But occasionally go to London.

I regularly walk dogs and they might visit the house so you need to be okay with that.

Before this house I've had 6 lodgers in the past over seven years. So pretty used to it and laid back about things. I just ask you to communicate, check in, and just please don't be a hermit and pretend to not exist :)
