Close to Southmead Hospital, Cribbs Causway, Abbey Wood Train station. One stop to Bristol Parkway. Employers such as BAE / Airbus and Rolls Royce.
<5 minute walk to the no. 75 bus stop which goes straight through and across Bristol every 20 minutes or so. Takes me around 30-45 minutes to get into city centre by bus in the 7-9am rush hour.
I regularly work from home in the 3rd bedroom 3-4 days a week. But occasionally go to the office.
I regularly walk dogs and they may visit the house. So you would need to have no issues with dogs.
I've had 9 lodgers in the past ten years. So pretty used to it and laid back about things. I just ask you to keep regular communication, and don't be a hermit :)
