Double Room in Filton

A double room available in my 3-Bed house. South-west facing window. Really quiet. Furniture seen in the bedroom is included.

Bedroom has a cupboard, two sets of draws, a side cabinet and space under the bed. Can provide pillows and duvet if you want. Comes with two multi socket plug extensions, bedside and desk lamps.

Kitchen draws as shown plus a large cupboard. Induction cooker, can provide some utensils and things if required. Happy to share cleaning equipment and consumables (soap, sponges etc).

Utility room has a washer dryer, drying line available indoors and outdoors. Garden and patio with table and chairs to eat at just outside the kitchen.

A large kitchen area. Welcome to half the fridge and freezer. Three shelves and three draws.
Off street parking available. Big garden.
Some dry storage space available if necessary.

Close to Southmead Hospital, The Mall and city centre, Abbey Wood Train station and Bristol Parkway. Employers such as BAE / Airbus and Rolls Royce.

<5 minute walk to 75 bus stop which goes straight through and across Bristol every 20 minutes or so. Takes me around 30-45 minutes to get into town by bus in the rush hour.

I regularly work from home in the 3rd bedroom 3-4 days a week. But occasionally go to London.

I regularly walk dogs and they might visit the house so you need to be okay with that.

I've had 8 lodgers in the past ten years. So pretty used to it and laid back about things. I just ask you to communicate, check in, and just please don't be a hermit and pretend to not exist :)
