We have a lovely Small Double room with private bathroom/ en suites available now (£240 / week). Includes all bills, house manager service and free items listed below. FLEXIBLE WEEKLY LETS, NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES, NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS, stay as long as you like.

• LOCATION: Located in Filton, close to Airbus, Southmead hospital, and the cafes and shops of Gloucester road.

• PROPERTY: This property is a 2 storey house, consisting of 7 bedrooms, a shared living room / dining room, shared kitchen, 5 ensuites and 2 private bathrooms.

• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer. Washer and dryer facilities, charged at £2 per dry and £1 per wash. The living room has a large sofa and TV so you can relax outside of your private bedroom.

• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. TV available on request. All doors are lockable and secure.

• PARKING INFO: On street parking only – unrestricted, no charges. There is a bike loop out the back of the property for securing bikes.

• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a Live in House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All bills included.

• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.

• BOOKING INFO: Flexible, weekly bookings, no long term contracts. Rooms are available to book for a minimum of 1 week, Sunday to Sunday, stay as long as you like.

• PAYMENT INFO: NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. A £60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is taken on arrival. Payment is required by Wednesday midday each week to secure your room for the following week. Price is based on a 4 week booking, weekly bookings will incur a £10 / week surcharge.
