🌞 2 double rooms in a friendly shared house 🌞

Hello!

We are sadly saying goodbye to our two pals on December 14th and have two bedrooms available in our lovely four-bed house share in Filton, featuring an attic room with built-in wardrobes and a very decent double on the middle floor.

Rent is £600 per room, excluding bills. And bills come to around £100-£120ish a month as we do have the heating on in the evenings. No pets or couples accepted, due to housing regulations and the fact we have 2 cats currently. Deposit is £587.50 each and rent is due on the 14th of every month. It's a rented HMO by Franklin Cole Lettings. DSS accepted.

We are ideally looking for a professional over a student unless they are content with paying council tax and fit within our ideal age bracket.

The house offers a bathroom, a well stocked kitchen and dining area with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and large cooker. A lounge, and a large garden complete with a shed and greenhouse. We also have one car parking space in the front and there's free onstreet parking along our road, which is all residential.

The house has been furnished by Jaz and the landlord including communal spaces and mattresses + beds in each room. The attic room has lots of built in storage and a bed, and the middle floor comes with a bed and a wardrobe, the rest has been furnished by the current tenants and will be removed prior to you moving in.

Current tenants Jaz, a(n almost) 27-year-old occupational therapist working at UWE, and 21-year-old Lottie, who works in hospitality at Cribbs Causeway, enjoy socializing over meals and pub nights out, while also valuing personal time on the weekends for hobbies like art, sports, baking and theatre. We’re looking for queer individuals, relaxed men or women aged 23-38 who appreciate a chill atmosphere and are eager to create a home where meal sharing and chore splitting are part of the routine. We have two cats who are very friendly, so having pro-cat housemates is a necessity!!
