The house is opposite a really nice park and is close to local shops and a GP surgery.
Ideally located with easy access to southmead hospital, MOD, Aerospace and Aztec West with good direct transport links to the city centre. Within 10 minutes of M4/M5 and Cribbs Causeway.

Bills include: Council tax, water/sewage, virgin media broadband, Netflix, tv licence, electricity and gas.
