Large double bedroom in a lovely shared house in Filton Park. The furniture included in the room: double bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage. The current tenant uses a single bed, but a new double bed will soon be fitted.

Very close to the bus stops on Gloucester road, but not directly, so the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.
Great access for employees of Southmead Hospital, Airbus, Rolls Royce, UWE or MOD. Cycle route to the city centre is nearby.

We are looking for a friendly and respectful person to help us maintain great relations with the neighbours. You would be sharing a house with two friendly working professionals.
The house has all modern amenities, including dishwasher and fast internet.
All bills included in price (Council tax, Water, Gas, Electric and Broadband).
