Looking for someone to take over my student house

I have a room in a shared house with 3 other flatmates in Bristol, UK. Unfortunately I lost my job and I just can't afford to stay in student housing so I am moving back in with my parents lol so the place needs a new tenant!

The room is the largest in the house with a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror included. There are large windows allowing loads of natural light into the room and making the room feel super open.

The rent is paid in quarterly instalments to the management company: Bristol Student lets, in instalments of £2017.49. The security deposit I paid was £800 which the new tenant would need to pay back to me in order for the letting agency to allow the change of tenants.

The people living in the house currently are the cleanest students I've ever met, super quiet and chill and enjoy cosy nights in. We have a good sized kitchen living room area which is communal and a large private garden as well. Parking is available on the street and there is often very good availability. It's super close to bus stops and a good sports centre as well.

The tenancy is available from the 1st of December, I have already paid the rent for December so you can have that month on me! After this the next instalment is on the 1st January and that will pay up until April when the next instalment falls. If you have any other questions please feel free to pop me a message.
