Small double room in friendly household!

The room is a lovely small double in a 4 bed house with 3 other girls. Very friendly household located on Braemar Avenue - close to bus stops and a little walk to shops/Filton Abbey Wood train station. Great location for anyone working at any aerospace company in the area, or southmead hospital as it’s within short walking distance. The house is unfurnished, but I’m wanting to sell my furniture onto whoever moves in. Room is currently used as a large single but can be reorganised into a small double. Quite a quiet house as tend to just relax after work. Very cheap for Bristol at £440 a month, with gas, electric, water and wifi coming to about £50 extra, so in total ~£490 bills included (additional £80 if paying council tax).
