💡 Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi) — only the TV licence is separate.

📄 We rent directly from the landlord and are subletting the rooms, with their full knowledge and agreement. The initial tenancy runs until the beginning of September (to align with the rest of the household), with the opportunity to stay on afterwards on a monthly rolling agreement.

Downstairs is Victoria and George, a couple who share the room. We’re both easygoing, into the gym, love a good games night, and we’re total foodies.

Upstairs are Angus, who’s recently started a grad scheme, and Toby, who’s on a one-year university placement. George and Angus are both really into sports — they play padel and football regularly and are always happy to include new housemates. They’re also planning to start MMA training soon as beginners.

Overall, everyone is sociable, respectful, and welcoming. We’d all do our best to make a new housemate feel comfortable and at home. We're happy to hang out as a house, but also respectful of personal space.
