Hi! I’m a 31-year-old professional female looking for a female housemate (aged 25–40) to share my lovely two-bedroom new build home from 1st February 2026.

I share my home with two gorgeous cats who are very much part of the family, so you’ll need to be a cat lover!

💰 Rent & Tenancy:
• £950 per month, bills included
• Rent paid via standing order on the 1st of each month
• 6-month tenancy to start, then rolling monthly contract
• £600 deposit

👯 About Me:
I work full-time Monday-Friday and enjoy cooking (vegetarian, however not fussed if someone else eats meat) and tend to have chilled evenings during the week. I love hosting friends or family for dinner sometimes and would be happy for someone else to do the same. I enjoy the occasional night out and going to festivals when I can, but I’m definitely past my party-animal phase! I’d love to live with someone I can genuinely get along with, maybe hang out and go to the pub, or just chat over a glass of wine.

• Must be clean, tidy, and happy to share responsibility for keeping the house nice
