2 Rooms available in sociable 10 bed house :)

We’ve got a 2x double rooms available in a sociable 10 bed house in Filton, Bristol. Rent is £650 inc bills, the house has a shared living room and kitchen and a big garden. Both rooms have double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

We are a sociable house of young professionals that enjoy to spend time together! Would be perfect for someone looking to make new friends in Bristol :)

Things to know:
The house is going through a renovation during late March/April/May, ready for Summer. As a result the conservatory will be out of use, and there will be building works in the day (Weekdays). Because of this, there will be reduced rent for these months. At the moment we will have 7 people in the house during these works, once the works have finished the house will be advertised to fill the other rooms.

Here’s some info about each of us:

Dom (26) moved over from Australia last year & is working full time in the video industry. Loves football, music, films. Can get excited by both a quiet night in and a big night out.

My name is Ben, am 25 years old working as a paralegal in a Bristol law firm. In my spare time I enjoy music production, singing and song writing.

Hugh, works in regenerative agriculture. Loves playing music and seeing gigs.

Julia - Hey, I work in Comms and love pilates and running in my free time. Always keen for a movie night/night out/Pub quiz!

Charlotte - Hi :) I’m 28, I’m currently starting my new job as a junior project manager. I moved to the house in Oct 2024. I love lil days out, a good walk , coffee/lunch dates and I do Pilates in my spare time!
