Hello,

We are looking for 2 people to rent the double rooms of our friendly house share.

Rent: £472.50 pcm
Bills (inc. Council Tax): £100 - £150 pcm (higher in winter)
Total: £572.50 - £622.50 pcm (typically around £600 pcm)

Formerly a living room, this room is exceptionally spacious and features a wide bay window. It comes with a large bookshelf and a chest of drawers with a single bed and mattress. As you can see from the photos, the former tenant fit in a king-size bed, desk, sofa, and even a home gym set-up.

The other room faces out onto the garden and is currently furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table a fully plummed sink. The landlord will furnishing the room with a new bed too.

There are currently two tenants:

Gabe (26, works as a Bike Mechanic)
Cassie (28, works in Insurance)

The house is friendly and sociable - we like to hang out and chat in the communal areas, but we also enjoy our own space and respect each other’s privacy. We’re happy for housemates to bring friends over and enjoy a social life.

The house is an excellent location - there are quick links to a nearby train station (Filton Abbey Wood). From there, it only takes 8 minutes to reach the city centre! There are plenty of shops nearby such as Asda, Lidl, and Sainsbury’s, as well as being a stone’s throw away from Gloucester Road, known for its independent shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. We are a 15 minute walk from stoke park as well
