My house is looking for a new housemate for August! Its a cosy room that can fit a small double bed, desk, and wardrobe or dresser. There are good bus links close by and we are a clean and relaxed house. Monthly it is 440 in rent, and 55-65 in bills. Council tax band C, students are welcome and won't be expected to pay council tax.

Note for transparency: the deposit is 576.92. This is because it is a joint agreement and the deposit was split evenly between us, but we decided the rent for the room offered should be less per month compared to the others in the house, as the other rooms are doubles.
