Ensuite double room in house share

My housemate is moving out and looking for someone to take over the room in a lovely shared house. The move-in date is flexible, so there's some room to work around your preferred date.

The house has a large kitchen with plenty of storage, an office, a living room, a main bathroom, a downstairs WC, and the bedroom has its own en-suite.

The bedroom itself is unfurnished, although she’d be happy to sell the bed, which is only 6 months old, and you're welcome to keep the chest of drawers if wanted.

The housemates are very respectful, friendly and considerate, making it a comfortable place to live.
There's allocated parking available too
