We’ve got a a double room available in a sociable 10 bed house in Filton, Bristol. Rent is £650 inc bills, council tax and a cleaner. The house has a shared living room and kitchen and a big garden. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

We are a sociable house of young professionals that enjoy spending time together! Would be perfect for someone looking to make new friends in Bristol :)

Things to know:
The house is going through a renovation at some point this year. As a result the conservatory will be out of use, and there will be building works in the day (Weekdays). Because of this, there will be half rent for these months. At the moment we will have 6 people in the house during these works, once the works have finished the house will be advertised to fill the other rooms.
