we are currently looking for one new housemate for our house in Filton.

The house is a five minute walk to Abbey Wood Station, with Airbus/Parkway/Aviva about 15-20 mins away also. It is a very well decorated and spacious house. There is a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs for relaxing. The landlord is very supportive of any problems and wants to make the house a home for the tenants. With one housemate moving, we are looking to make a new house share and bring in a fun and interesting new house mate.

The room is a large double room, which is very spacious and clean. It has new fitted wardrobes and is newly decorated. It has a large window that over looks the garden and patio area. The pictures do not do it justice as we have not had it to offer before and the current tenant is still in residence but the room is lovely and probably the best in the house.
The house has loft and plenty of storage space for anyone who needs it.

The room is £625pcm all bills included except gas and electricity which is shared by the tenants, (worst case £25 per month in the winter). The room will be available from the second week in May . One month rent deposit is required which will be kept in the DPS, and would prefer at least a minimum six month stay where possible.

The room is rented on the first floor. It has fitted cupboards and is as unfurnished but there may be limited furniture available if needed.

We are all really easy going and basically keep our stuff clean and respect others in the house, and hope to find that in return. Occasionally we will get together for a movie night and a drink, but we also respect each others privacy, and would like to find someone professional and fun who can join the house.

We are looking for the right fit not first come first served so if you are interested please get in touch to meet the landlord and current tenants. When offered the room you will be asked to provide a £100 deposit to secure the room. This will be put against your security deposit or 1st months rent.
