Double room in quiet area just off Fishponds Road

Mon to Fri only. Available end of September My current lodger is moving out so I am looking for a new lodger to move in. I am a 35 year old male that works in the city centre. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of draws and desk. All bills are included. The room comes with an allocated parking space. The room is available Sunday to Friday (5 Nights). The flat is just off the main Fishponds Road, situated in a quiet area, with regular buses and good transport links. It is also very near the Bristol Bath cycle path. The rental period will be on a rolling month basis but happy to discuss a longer period if required.
