The house consist of 5 double bedrooms,, 1 single bedroom , 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a separate toilet downstairs. A living room, a large kitchen diner. Washing machine and dryer. And WiFi. A very large garden and off street parking is always accessible. We ask no smoking or partying in the house.
2 minutes walk to the bus stop, to the center of town. 20 minutes walk to UWE, Glenside campus. Fishponds is a very popular area for the student community. Very close to supermarkets and take aways.
We take pride in the house and would apreciate tenants who would do the same. You are welcomed to come and have a look around.
