Hi, this ad is for a one large double room in a large Victorian house.
There is street parking outside, a garage for bikes etc if needed.
Large garden.
Two bathrooms.

The room is furnished with wardrobes and a double bed

Bus stop is directly across the road which goes straight into the centre.
Fishponds has great transport links and nearby supermarkets are walking distance - Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Iceland.

The house will be shared with the two Muslim owners - female age 65 and son aged 35

No alcohol or pork so may be better suited to a Muslim individual.
Female preferred please (so my mother feels comfortable)

Also must like cats as we have one! He is mostly outdoors and won’t bother you!
