This is a 4 bed house and we have an ensuite in the topfloor. The spare room is a master bedroom with bay-window on the first floor to the front of the house. . There is a brand new bathroom primarily for your use and for guests. The rent includes cleaning of bathroom and common parts. There’s a laundry room, a large kitchen/diner and small garden backing onto a large field with lots of nature and wildlife. The rent includes use of the bedroom during weekdays only. Special arrangements can be made for shorter working week, weekend rental, room cleaning, bedding change, breakfast etc and flexible check-in check-out for those renting for temp work in Bristol. There’s a cycle path behind the house which takes you to town in 13 mins or to Frenchay in about the same time.

Important: Strictly no guests/visitors and no working from home. Single occupancy only. Non smokers. Must be employed or self-employed. References will be applied for where appropriate. The room is let on a lodger agreement with no security of tenancy. Short term let only. Fully furnished (you cannot bring your own furniture). Internet included (Virgin Media). There’s no TV license. Reasonable use of electricity/heating/ water included. There’s some on-street parking and occasional parking on driveway. Bike storage in shed.
