We are a friendly, quiet couple (live-in landlords, early 30s) offering a double room in our beautiful, plant-filled 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Fishponds. You will have use of the massive shared main bathroom (with separate bath and shower). This is a very clean, new (Jan 2023) home with a relaxed vibe.
The Room & Flat
• Room: Double bed (memory foam mattress), desk, chair, wardrobe, and linen.
• Flat: Shared open-plan living/kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and large fridge-freezer.
• Parking: Secure bike storage. Ample free street parking nearby.
Location & Transport
• Area: Fishponds (BS16), 10 min walk to Snuff Mills, supermarkets, Grounded, and The Crafty Egg.
• UWE: Very close to UWE Glenside, 5 min walk. 20 min bus/45 min walk to UWE Frenchay.
• City: Direct buses into town stop almost outside the flat.

Not suitable for couples or night owls.
