Large double room in Fishponds

Large double room available immediately in my house - I'm currently studying away, so the room is available until September 2026.

In Fishponds, BS16. The room is fully furnished. Late 20-30s non-smoker preferred.

Rent is £650 per month including bills (council tax band B - included). Deposit £650 (one month rent).

No couples, no pets - we already have a cat living with us, so if you're allergic this isn't the place for you unfortunately. Decent sized garden, cosy living room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. Free parking on the streets around the house. 

You'll be joining Jack and Liv, we're generally pretty chilled, especially mid week. Some nights we'll cook & eat together and hang out in the living room, other times we do our own thing. This isn't a party house, but we are quite sociable and don't mind visitors.

5 minutes walk to Fishponds High Road for the bus into town, Aldi and Morrisons. Close to Channons Hill retail park with 24 hour gym, B&M, Iceland. UWE Glenside campus 5 mins walk, as is the bus stop for the 46 to UWE Frenchay.

Great links if you're a cyclist, the Bristol - Bath cycle path is really close and gets you into the centre in 15 mins and Temple Meads in 20 mins. UWE Frenchay is 15 mins, and Parkway is 25 mins.

Great access to loads of green space - Eastville park, snuff mills, stoke park and Oldbury court are all within walking distance.
