Attic rooms in shared house

Hello friends!
I have a double bedroom plus a little snug room available to rent in Hillfields/Fishponds, we are close to the cycle path and not far from Oldbury Court. You'd be sharing with me and my 7 year old. It's a nice home with a huge garden with apple trees and room to grow food.

I work for the council, I also run events and singing groups. I'm currently writing a winter musical! Ideally I'm looking for someone who works out of the house midweek as I work from home and sometimes I need a quiet environment for recording music.
Your space would be on the third floor. It’s 1 attic bedroom plus an adjacent tiny room which works well as a cosy snug. Both rooms are attic rooms so they have sloping ceilings. It comes with a bed, a sofa bed and some draws, the adjacent room currently has a desk in the picture so you can move it round and use it how you like.
This is for an initial term of 6 months, possibility of being longer if all goes well. The monthly rent is £600 pcm, not including bills which are £150.
Not suitable for couples or pets sorry.
We occasionally look after a dog so you'd need to be ok with dogs.
