Hello!
I have a double bedroom in Fishponds, we are close to the cycle path and not far from Oldbury Court. You'd be sharing with me and my 7 year old. I help to run a local community garden, I run singing groups and I work for the council. It’s pretty quiet here midweek. I have a big garden with apple trees and lots of space!
It’s 1 attic bedroom plus an adjacent tiny room which could be used as storage or a chill out space. Both rooms are attic rooms so they have sloping ceilings. It comes with a bed and some draws, the adjacent room has a sofa bed (currently made up as a bed in the photo.)
This is for an initial term of 6 months, possibility of being longer if all goes well. The monthly rent is £600 pcm, not including bills which are £150.
Not suitable for couples.
