Small double room in 2-bed house in Fishponds

Fully furnished room with double bed, wardrobe, small desk, shelf unit, bedside table and chest of drawers. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and large-ish garden. Very quiet street, close to main Fishponds road, cycle path, good bus route into centre. This isn't a party house, quite zen & peaceful, but the odd party/barbecue now & then is fine of course. Eco-living, no chemical cleaning nasties allowed!
Sharing with me the house-owner, I know being a lodger isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I am easy-going! Having said that, it's a small house so we'd need to be on similar wavelengths and respectful of each other. You'd need to be eco-aware (& know how to recycle lol), a cat lover, and not a Tory (we just wouldn't get on!).
Koko is very fluffy, so you can't mind a bit of cat hair, regular hoovering keeps it at bay.
The bills & council tax are on top of the £415 monthly rent & currently are £149.26 each (they're equally divided between us), so total monthly cost will be £564.26. If you wish to watch iplayer etc, then you'd need to add £7 which is half of the monthly TV licence fee. (please note the rent, bills & deposit fee are NON-NEGOTIABLE, so please don't waste my time and yours viewing, then trying to negotiate after, which is what several people have just done - that's just rude.)
