The area is served by super-fast WiFi with no problems streaming. There is a non-functioning fire place (the chimney has been capped off) for decorative purposes only.

The flat is actually a 2-bed but only the main bedroom is furnished, the second bedroom will be empty. Perfect for a a couple. There is also a luxurious walk-in shower and separate kitchen (see photos).

The Area
The property has great connections to the city centre. It's a stones throw from the cycle path which offers a 15-20 minute cycle ride (depending on your pace!) straight to Temple Meads. There is also a bus stop 1 minute walk away with regular buses that will also take you straight to the centre. The property is a brief 5 minute walk from Eastville Park which is a lovely space for walks/running (including Park Run) and leads directly to the beautiful Snuff Mills area. Fishponds proper is walking distance and there is an array of supermarkets which are all open till 10pm on weekdays. There is also a nice range of Bristol cafes including Coffee #1, The Crafty Egg and Porto Lounge.
