Dog friendly houseshare available mid to end June

Hello. I'm a professional female with a lovely furnished double room to rent in my tranquil home in Fishponds, Bristol. I prefer to rent to professional females and you will be sharing the whole house (see photos) with me, although I frequently work away. The house is located in a quiet residential street, off of Fishponds High Street, 5 minutes away from public transport links in to town, the cycle path, shops and cafes. It’s also right on the edge of the Frome Valley which is great for running and dog walks. There is on street parking available. I’m looking for someone who values a calm, clean, and communicative environment. It is a no smoking household and also NOT a party house.

I’ve recently been fortunate to share my house with a wonderful lodger (and her pup) and together we found a great balance. I’m very open again to renting to someone with a well behaved dog that won’t be left at home alone all day.

The house is council tax band A and on top of the rent which is £650 pcm, the bills come to £170 per calendar month. The room is available from mid/late June.
