Beautiful double room to rent in quiet house

Hello. I'm a professional female with a lovely furnished double room to rent in my tranquil home in Fishponds, Bristol. I prefer to rent to professional females only and you will be sharing the whole house (see photos) with me, although I frequently work away. The house is located in a quiet residential street, off of Fishponds High Street and on the edge of the Frome Valley. I’m looking for someone who values a calm, clean, and communicative living environment. I'm also very happy to consider living with someone who has a well-behaved dog that won't be left alone for the whole day.

This isn’t a “hide in your room” kind of household. I'm very comfortable cooking and eating together (not obligatory all of the time by any means) but sharing a home - in my view - does require breaking bread and enjoying a chat in order to create the type of vibe I want to maintain. It is most definitely a no smoking household and also NOT a party house.

I’ve recently been fortunate to share my house with a wonderful lodger (and her pup) and together we found a great balance. I’d love to find someone who appreciates being friendly and open, while also respectful of each other’s space.

The house is council tax band A and on top of the rent the bills come to £170 per calendar month. The room is available from the beginning of June.
