Description
We're looking for a girl to move into our lovely 3 bedroom garden house in Fishponds.
About the room/house:
It's a large (3,82m x 4m) unfurnished double room available from the 23rd August (moving in earlier is negotiable). Rent is £590 plus bills (approximately £145 per month, including council tax, gas, electricity, water, and internet). An initial deposit needs to be paid to our current flatmate of about £430.
The house and garden are very spacious. It came unfurnished so the white goods and items in the common rooms were bought by us and will not be replaced by the landlady in case they get damaged - replacing them would be our responsibility as tenants.
We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks (£25/2 hours split between the 3 of us).
About the area:
The house is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the main street, providing a perfect balance for those seeking tranquillity in a family-friendly neighbourhood but with all services available nearby.
Lidl, Morrisons, and Aldi are about 6 minutes away. Other supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants are also located on the main street, 5 minutes away.
Snuff Mills Park is 10 minutes away. Stoke Park Estate and Eastville Park are about 15/20 minutes away.
JD Gym is 8 minutes away.
Buses 25, 46, 47, 48, 49, 48x, and 49x are 5 minutes from the house, available 24/7.
The Bristol/Bath cycling path is 5 minutes away so cycling to the city center is very convenient as well.
About us:
We are two girls Angela and Cristina, aged 28 and 36. I work mostly from home. I'm very active so I spend my free time at the gym, cycling, dancing or hiking somewhere. Cristina works most days at the office. She is passionate about nutrition and likes to dance and travel. We are both easy-going, sociable and travel quite a bit (to Italy/Romania and Spain where we are from). We keep the house clean and are very respectful about shared spaces and sleeping hours both during the week and on weekends.
About you:
We would like to find a girl of a similar age range that would help us keep the house energy as it is. Someone active, respectful, clean, considerate, and communicative.
Preferably, not someone who works full-time remotely.
No parties.
No smokers.
