I am a live in landlady looking for someone to rent my double en-suite loft room in a comfortable terraced house on a quiet road in Fishponds.
I have a bright, comfortable and clean house with a kitchen and dining room with sliding doors onto a lovely, sunny, flower filled back garden with table and chairs, which is great to sit out in.
In the room there is a comfy double bed with built in storage drawer underneath. A double chest of drawers, bedside draws, a desk and comfortable office chair, a long mirror and round mirror, lamps, clothes hanging rail, small couch and cushions, colourful rug. En-suite shower room with toilet and sink. The main bathroom in the house can also be used. Quilt / pillows, bedlinen and towels available if required.
I’m looking for a quiet, friendly, respectful and tidy female lodger who goes to work/Uni almost all week (doesn’t work or study from home for more than 2 days per week). Single females only (no males or couples). The house is clean, tidy and peaceful. I would like someone that will tidy up after themselves. No shoes in the property. There is no smoking or vaping in the house, outside only. There are two friendly cats (must be ok with cats!). LGBTQ+ friendly. My two adult children visit now and then. The reason I have specified female only is because I do not want an unknown male in my home. The living room is out of use.
Free parking on the road.
Fishponds high street has a Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl, also other independent shops and cafes such a whole food shop, FED, The Craft Egg and lots of charity shops.
Five minutes away are lovely walks to either Eastville Park and lake or to Snuff Mills and Oldbury court.
15-minute walk to UWE Glenside Campus, 35-minute walk to UWE Frenchay campus or 15 minutes by bus. 10 minutes’ walk to Fishponds centre. Buses run from the main road straight into the city centre and take about 15/20 minutes. Driving takes about 15/20 minutes and cycling on the bike path takes 15/20 minutes.
