Now ,for the need to know details ...
First & Last Months Rent is payable , ie Dec 2024 and August 2025 prior to move in.
The rent payments are then made on the 30th of each month, payable by standing order/ bank transfer.
UK Home Owner Guarantor Required or Rent is Required in Advance for the tenancy period.
Indivdual AST'S
Contract begins from the move in date thru to 29th August 2025.
Only Rooms 2, 5 and Room 6 ( ensuite) now available
