The box room will be occupied by a live-in landlord (Arif) who is away a fair bit. Lodgers occupy the two double rooms and full use of all communal areas will be given to lodgers.

Rooms are optionally furnished because we know that sometimes you'd like to bring your own. Sofas, a TV, kitchen appliances and white goods are all in situ, and we will ensure each bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, if required.
