Description
Hi, my name's Ostins and im looking to sublet my room on a short term basis.
The room will be available for 1 month from 01st October 2024.
The total cost with all bills included is £730 per month. I'm pretty flexible, so if for any reason you end up staying for a bit longer, we can always calculate a daily rate.
New-build apartment within a listed building exterior, a stone's throw away from Snuff MIlls and Stoke Park.
Open-plan kitchen/diner/living space. Original deep window alcoves and high ceilings (2.7m).
Bedroom dimensions; 3.5 x 2.8m²) Juliette balconies in living space. Brand new floor and carpets. All white goods are inbuilt, into a modern kitchen including washing machine and dish washer. Bath and shower with inbuilt extraction.
Lockable bike storage and indoor waste disposal area on ground floor. Council tax band B.
20 minute bike ride into the centre of town, mostly on the Bath/Bristol cycle path. The city is easily accessible, as are the pubs and shops on Fishponds Highstreet, while feeling like you are living on the edge of countryside. It only takes 3 minutes from the frontdoor to find yourself in the beautiful woods with a river flowing through it, in either Stoke Park Estate or Snuff Mills.
Message from existing housemate, Dean:
Hello, Im Dean, been living in Bristol for a year, but have been in love with the city for many. Im currently working in social care on a 2 on 4 off shift pattern and in between I am working in music in a number of different areas, as well working as a safeguarding and welfare lead for large scale events. Very different worlds but love doing both of them! Im very sociable and enjoy meeting with and getting to know people. I enjoy seeing friends, eveings in and nights out, practicing my bass playing, and now recently have a personal trainer in an attempt to lead a much healthier lifestyle! I enjoy seeing my family and try and spend time with them when I can.
It would be great to have someone who is a chilled individual, someone that likes to spend time together having a meal, playing board games, drinks or trips out here and there and enjoys the odd film and tv series, but Im also respectful and considerate of and individuals time and space too, and realises that down time is important too. It would be great to have someone who likes to have people over for dinner, or a cuppa and a chinwag, but also understands that the flat isnt a place for comimg back to carry on after a night out Im clean and tidy, and would love for you to be the same too. Looking forward to meeting and living with you soon!!
