Lodgers Room in Family Home

Hello! We are looking for a lovely lodger for our large family home in the Fishponds/Downend area. It’s great location for UWE, and a 25 mins bus ride into the centre.
A bit about us- we are a blended family- which is dad Steve, who works from home most of the time and adult daughter Flo works with him some of the time and stays over a couple of nights a week. Then there are teenage twins Sonny and Lola, who are here half the time (week on week off). And me, Sharon, Steve’s partner and I’m here more than part time.
So the house can go from bustling and lively to peaceful and quiet. And ideally you would be happy with both modes.
In general we are looking for someone fairly self sufficient and practical. The room is large, approx 4m x 3m, and it will be fully furnished with bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk table, armchair etc. It will also have a mini kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave etc.
You can have light use of the main kitchen and the main bathroom is shared. There’s also space for bike storage and all bills and utilities are included.
