Rent: £600/month plus bills - roughly £750/month
Private friendly and diligent landlord who responds to issues with the house
DPS, DSS accepted and pets accepted
Available: 4th December (with some flexibility)
Couples could be considered but one person would have to be a sublet.

The space: It's a large and light double bedroom (currently my studio space) there's also a double room and small box room as shared space/office/studio space etc. we can talk about how to use the rest of the space together.

I'm a born and bred bristolian (a rare breed!) in my early 30s, a musician and just started training to be a music therapist. This house is so so lush and I'm wanting to build a lovely home here with a solid human being. Potential to do the occasional short term sublet if we feel we want to to keep down costs (as there's so much space!) but I'd like to keep the house a calm, safe and tidy space as much as possible.

Extra points if you are a genuine down to earth legend and wanna help with the garden, put on the occasional supper club, and are able to communicate your needs and boundaries etc - the usual happy housemate stuff!

Probs best suited to someone late 20s-40s who can make use of the extra space.
