The space: It's a large and light double bedroom, along with another double bedroom for use as office/workspace/storage/spare bedroom. There's also a box room which I currently have my art stuff in but doesn't get used often. I'm keen to make sure we are making the most of the space - it would be good to find a way to have a space for guests as they currently stay on an airbed on the living room floor but want to make the spaces work with my new housemate. I have an ensuite in my attic room so you pretty much have full use of the bathroom on the first floor except for when I want a bath or we have guests. There's also a toilet on ground floor at end of kitchen. Yeah, it's a great house, I hope to have someone join me who can make the most of it with me!

I'm a born and bred bristolian (a rare breed!) about to go into my final year training as a music therapist - the most difficult thing I have ever done! With that said, it's a calm space where I am working and making music and sounds so you'd need to be someone who it okay with that.

This house is so so lush and I've put so much energy into making it a nice space so it would be nice to have someone else who wants to put that much energy into it to. The house is technically unfurnished but I have furnished it. However you'll need to bring kitchen things and your bedroom stuff (current housemate might sell some of his stuff) and we can figure out where your things can go if you have stuff you want to bring! There's plenty of space here.

Extra points if you are a genuine down to earth legend, unpretentious and wanna help with the garden, put on the occasional supper club - the usual happy housemate stuff! I'm looking for a team mate who is around to hang out sometimes but gets on with their own life too. Setting out how we will approach boundaries and needs from the start is a must.

Other house info: right by the cycle path, near 3 supermarkets and Fishponds Road, free on street parking, round the corner from bus stop to town (fast buses take 20 mins) shed in garden for extra storage if needed...
