We are advertising for two partly-furnished double bedrooms in a four bedroom detached house.

About the rooms :

Room 1 : £450pcm for a spacious double room with built-in wardrobe (approx. £600 pcm inclusive of bills each month during winter. 5 weeks rent as deposit, available from 1st December.

Room 2 : £425pcm for a good-sized double room with a beautiful three windows view on the garden (approx. £565 inclusive of bills in winter). 5 weeks rent as deposit, available from 1st December

We accept DSS and we're DPS insured. 6-month contract through Clifton and Butlers Letting. Council tax band E.

About the house :

It's a catch, a fully detached house on the cusp of Fishponds. Located in a quiet suburban area with the River Frome on our doorstep with Snuff Mills nearby.
It has a lush back garden and plenty of shared space. We have a nice big living room leading into the dining room, a downstairs toilet, and a kitchen with heaps of cupboard space. The upstairs bathroom has a huge bath, shower, and toilet.
The house as cottage core vibes with lovely decor and just feels very homely.

We have a large garage which is perfect for extra storage or for a workshop if you're a creative. As well as a private driveway if you've got a car.

Central heating with a smart heater and recently bled radiators. Although the house does get cold if the heating is off, it warms up fast and a couple of heating a day is enough for us to be cosy during winter months.

We've got Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, and Co-op nearby with lots of cafés and restaurants on the Fishponds' high street.
Bus connections include the 48 and 49 which run all night, and we also have the 47x that runs from the end of the road during the day. All go to the centre in about 30-40 minutes. The cycle path is also only a few minutes away and takes us into town in about 25 mins.

Checks are done by an agency which requires current work and previous landlord reference. We are ideally looking for two people looking to buddy-up, but the rooms can also be rented separately.
