Easy access to Bristol/bath cycle path and transport links on fishponds road. Very close to multiple supermarkets and local shops.

Bills (gas, electric, water, WiFi)- around £40 per month
Council tax- £61

Room was originally unfinished but I have furnished it with a bed and mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a lamp. I can leave these items for the new tenant if they cover the cost of them.

Professional wanted and reference would be needed.

You would be living with 2 friendly male working professionals. Viewings are welcome.

Move in date either 9th December or 9th January.
