Double bedroom for rent in an excellent location with a car parking space and direct routes to the city centre. The maisonette backs on to the cycle path giving direct routes to the city centre and temple meads. The room is well suited to a professional stay Monday to Friday.

The room available is ideal for a quick commute into the city and it’s location just off the fishponds road gives fantastic access to the local cafes, restaurants and shops. The maisonette is surrounded by private gardens available to access by residents and over looks a fishing lake.

There is a bathroom with bath on the second floor, on the lower floor is a well sized kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a living/dining room, which doubles as an office for when I work from home.

About me:

I am a professional occasionally working from home so it is important the space is kept tidy and peaceful. It is my first home so I have taken care to really look after the space and I am looking for someone who will be equally respectful. I enjoy going to see live music, getting out in nature and seeing friends.
