I am looking to find a new tenant to replace me in a 4 bed house share from the end of December/January! The room is gorgeous, with plenty of floor space and a large, southern-facing bay window on a quiet street. The room comes fully furnished by the landlord, and I would be happy to negotiate keeping some of my personal furniture within the room as well. The house is within walking distance to both Kingswood and Fishponds, with a number of bus routes into town, so super convenient for shopping and someone who works in town. There are large back and front gardens that get plenty of sun! The current flatmates are tidy and friendly, while also being respectful of each other’s space.
