The room/house: this is a great room at a very reasonable price. As you can see there’s ample room for a desk and furniture. Plus, there is a built-in wardrobe with a rail and shelving for even more storage. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are nice with well-serviced white goods in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. The garden is also spacious and lovely in summer. Location-wise this place is fantastic with 3 supermarkets in walking distance, lots of nice pubs and cafes on Fishponds High Street and and a very close bus stop with direct buses to the centre.

The people: you’ll be sharing with Rachel (32) who works for the council, Ceri (25) a trainee teacher, and Lizzie (27) who works in theatre. It’s a fairly chilled house where we’ve enjoyed meals and trips to the pub but people also have their own things going on. As a group, there’s lots of creativity and cooking. Would suit a chilled person looking for a clean, calm environment and the odd board game night.
