I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in January (however, sublet considered)

It's a double bed room for £590 (bills are an extra £90-100 ), with 4 other lovely housemates and dog.

The house is located on the high street of fishponds, with easy access to public transport around Bristol and loads of green spaces and shops around the area.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, closet and bedside table. The property has two gardens and two bathrooms, both with showers.

Bus stop 1 minute away and good on street parking.

My housemates are creative youngprofessionals who work early hours but are very sociable and friendly. We live with a very sweet and well behaved dog called Archy!
