It's a 25 mins bus ride from UWE Frenchay and is a great location with a Lidl, B&M, Aldi and Sainsbury Local just 10 mins away by foot.
You'll have your own ensuite and the rent is 750 per month exc bills. The bills are an additional 70 as we’ve currently opted for an unlimited gas, water, electricity plan. UK gurantor is required.
The tenancy is up to september 2025. I’m looking for someone who wants to move in ASAP!!
