Flat share in Fishponds, BS16

hi!
we are looking for someone to join our flat in fishponds!
we are a group of 3 friends looking for a fourth person to join our tenancy from the end of June 2025 to June 2026.
we are friendly and hard working and love a trip to the pub or a party but we are all respectful too! it's a 20 minute walk to Glenside UWE campus and a bus stop to UWE frenchay campus is outside of the flat!
MUST have money for a deposit and rent ready to go!
we have a shared kitchen and two bathrooms, two fridges and a lovely kitchen space!
the room has a double bed, desk, and chest of drawers for storage as well as storage in the communal kitchen!
we need someone asap! our rent is paid quarterly with the first rent payment going out in May, the next being paid in line with student loans in september, january, and april next year.
rent is £1710 in these instalments. household bills ate paid monthly and are £67 - amenities and internet included. your deposit is £657.59 + £131.59 holding deposit to be paid within 24 hours of you and guarantor signing.
As a student only household we are exempt from council tax.
