Double room available in a quiet, light and peaceful flat in Fishponds. Top floor flat in a nice new build property, lots of windows and big views, nice and private and safe. It was built in 2023 when I moved in, so it's well-insulated and warm.

Big balcony all the way around the flat, with a door from each room. I've only got some pots of herbs out there for now, but you're welcome to add some flourish if you have green fingers.

Lovely walks nearby - you can walk out of the back of the estate down through the woods to the river. Right next to UWE Glenside campus grounds too.

The 48 bus stops just outside, and there's a shop on the ground floor. 10 mins walk to Fishponds road. There’s free street parking outside.

There's furniture in the room at the moment, but if you need to bring your own furniture then I can move the current stuff into my bedroom. So can be flexible depending on what you have. I’m on the 3rd floor and there’s no lift! Just to be aware in terms of moving in and out - lots of stairs.

Shared open plan kitchen and living room. There isn't a lot of storage space in the flat in general, no loft to stash extra things unfortunately.

I'm a coach and most of my work is online, so I work from home. I love cooking, drawing, reading, and going for walks and bike rides. I'm sociable and I think pretty easy to live with, I've had great experiences of house shares over the years!

I'm fairly introverted and I think of my home as a bit of a sanctuary, so would love to share that with you if you also like a peaceful, quiet space. I love a good blast of music once in a while, but generally keep things quiet.

My social life mainly happens elsewhere rather than having people over a lot, although I sometimes have a friend over for dinner or to stay. In case age and diet are important for you in your housemate choices - I'm 43 and I'm an omnivore!
