Two Rooms Available BS16 Very Close To Bus Stop

Hello, I live with good friends. Our house mate is moving out on the 4th August and we need a replacement. We are very friendly young professionals.

This is a 5 bedroom property. The prices of the rooms are scaled to the size of the room.

The room available would be perfect for a young professional, happy to consider PHD students, if they are okay with paying council tax! However, it is not suitable for undergrads unfortunately.

There are two toilets, one up stairs and one down stairs. The upstairs is larger and has a bathtub. The downstairs' only has a stand in shower. The kitchen/living room is a nice open planned space - lots of room! We have two fridges. There is also a safe space to store bikes. The house comes unfurnished, though we have our own furniture is shared spaces. There is plenty of street parking.

I work as a Data Scientist. My house mate works as a bar manager. We tend to do stuff as a house maybe every other week, such as a pub quiz. We cook with each other most nights.
